Also rid the potting area of any weeds, debris etc.Sow the seeds ½ inch deep in the soil. Vinca seeds require a dark and moist environment to germinate. You can use a dark cloth to cover the potted area until the first true leaves appear with 15 to 20 days.Make sure the soil is evenly moist since dry soil can induce an iron deficiency in the plant.
